18 U.S.C. §2257 / RTA Notice
FreePorn.com is a video directory and browsing interface. The video pages on this site use third-party video material and embedded playback supplied through XVideos. FreePorn.com does not produce, film, direct, commission, or act as the original publisher of those underlying video productions.
XVideos-sourced video pages
FreePorn.com organizes and presents catalog information for videos available through XVideos and loads the XVideos player only when playback is requested. The underlying video production, source hosting, uploader information, and producer records are not created or maintained by FreePorn.com as part of this directory.
2257 recordkeeping
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 place recordkeeping and labeling duties on producers and other parties to whom those requirements apply. For third-party productions shown through FreePorn.com, any required performer-identification records and producer-specific records-location statement are the responsibility of the applicable producer, source provider, or designated custodian for that production.
FreePorn.com does not claim to be the custodian of 2257 records for videos supplied through XVideos, and this page does not identify XVideos as the legal custodian for every individual production. The responsible recordkeeper can vary according to the underlying producer and production.
Source-level questions
Questions concerning an underlying production, performer records, ownership, rights, or source-level removal belong with the applicable producer, source provider, publisher, or designated custodian. FreePorn.com does not operate a separate video-removal submission channel.
RTA adult-content label
FreePorn.com uses the RTA website rating label to identify the site as adult content. The service is intended for adults 18+ only.
Scope
This notice describes FreePorn.com’s role as a directory and embed interface. It is not a substitute for a producer-specific 2257 compliance statement where one is legally required.
