Overview

FreePorn.com (the 'Site') is a provider of online video, audio, and text content.  Please carefully read through these Terms and Conditions ('TOS') and Privacy Policy prior to registering for membership to the Site.  The TOS constitute a binding legal agreement (the 'Agreement') between the Site and persons who decide to become subscribers to the Site (the 'Members' or 'You').

The Site does not charge a registration fee for access.  Membership can be obtained by submitting a valid email address on the sign up form and clicking a validation link that is sent to the email address you provide to confirm your membership.  By clicking the validation link in your email you agree to abide by the TOS and agree that you understand the privacy policy.

Any other sites or companies with advertisements on the Site are independent operators with their own terms of service and privacy policies.  Member understands that joining any of the sites advertised on the Site constitutes a new independent commercial relationship between You and that site and in no way is FreePorn.com responsible in any way at all.

Member Obligations

You certify that YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD or have reached the minimum legal age of consent in your community and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature.  The Site makes no representation or warranty that the content published on the Site complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction.  You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding your local laws concerning standards of content legality for purposes of obscenity laws.  You further represent and warrant that you understand the nature of the content published on Webcams.com, namely, sexually explicit materials, and that you voluntarily and knowingly choose to view such material, and that such material does not offend or vex your sensibilities.  You further understand and agree that the material published on the Site represents healthy sexual adult behavior.  Should you be unable to affirmatively make the representations and warranties contained herein, do NOT subscribe to the Site.
